Born in Malaysia, Chris Su has developed a deep connection with music. Since he was a child. In his youth, he won more than 200 international singing competitions. Meanwhile, he also recorded Buddhist sons. Since 2010, he has embarked on this journey as a yoga instructor and has been working to promote the teaching of Mindfulness Yin Yoga and sound therapy around the world. Chris Su graduated from Yoga Vidya Gurukul University of Hatha Yoga in India. He studied Mindfulness Yin Yoga and Insight Yoga with teachers – Josh Summers, Sarah Powers and Sebastian pucelle. Afterwards, he took the advanced studies Gong Healing in England and Tibetan Singing bowl Sound Healing in Nepal and Australia.
Chris Su thinks life is full of infinite love. As long as we calm down and discover the unlimited potential of the mind, we will encounter our true self. Chris Su helds regularly the yoga teacher training courses, workshop and mindfulness retreat all over the world. Moreover, he is also one of the assigned guest teachers directing the charity classes at Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Malaysia. He has been trying his best to contribute to the society to plant seeds of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty around the world.
Mikey has been working in the yoga industry for the last 8 years. He has managed various projects, activities cooperating with world-renowned teachers. Mikey is proficient in the backbend, handstand, arm balance, and core strength training. His teaching focuses on how to safely practice the position and achieve physical therapy and also improve mental health. He thinks Yoga physiotherapy exercises do not ask for the difficulty of physical strength, It emphasizes the perception of each movement and feelings.
Mikey uses dynamics and balances to raise awareness and discover flexibility from power. His style has full of fun, energetic and challenging. He believes every step on the mat, every breath of practicing can be transformed Qi into our daily lives.
Lee was born in Seoul, Korea. When he was 16 years old, he moved to China to study. After graduating high school in Qingdao, he entered Shangdong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2006 and completed his medical degree in 2014. After years of practicing, He opened his own practice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia In 2018.
Oriental studies
He met master Moo Joong in 2010 and studied authentic studies of Yin-Yang, Five elements, I ching(book of changes). through this time of learning, He deeply understood about the Time-Space concept of oriental studies.
CranioSacral Therapy
In 2012, Lee began studying CST and met Master Kim, who had over 30 years of experience in chiropractic and CST. During this period with Master Kim, Lee gained much experience and clinical knowledge.
